Judy actually represented the buyer in my situation, but as I was not represented independently, she gave what I felt was excellent and even-handed advice about how to proceed. In this busy market with multiple offers, I felt comfortable with Judy and did not feel she was overstating her client's ability or motivation in making an offer. She was respectful of my time and efficient when moving the transaction forward. I am the one who asked to move the closing us due to my time constraints, and despite the chaos, I believe everything went amazingly.
